USOSWeb – first time login

University Study Management System (USOS) – an IT system used to manage the course of studies.

1. Polish students with a PESEL number will be able to log in to USOSweb using their PESEL login or university email address listed in the EMAIL field on the USOS form and their IRK password. THE IRK PASSWORD WILL ONLY WORK UNTIL THE STUDENT CHANGES THE PASSWORD THEMSELVES.
2. Foreign students who do not have a PESEL number will be able to log in to USOSweb using the login received at their university email address or the university email address listed in the USOS EMAIL field on the Person form and their IRK password. THE IRK PASSWORD WILL ONLY WORK UNTIL THE STUDENT CHANGES THEIR PASSWORD.

All newly admitted students (Polish and foreign) receive an automatic email in which we recommend that they change their password first, even though the IRK password is still valid.
