In-person visits at the Doctoral Schools Secretary’s Office premises at ul. Dobra (Monday to Thursday, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) are possible after making an appointment through the visit form.
In order to make sure your case is properlu taken care of, we would like to ask you to first contact us by email stating what your visit will be about, confirm the possibility to get an appointment and then book a confirmed appointment via the form

MSD Directors hold office hours remolety:
- Professor Paweł Stępień’s office hours are held on Mondays between 4.30 p.m. and 5.30 p.m. every fortnight from 9 October 2023.
- Professor Karol Samsel’s office hours are held on Wednesdays from 10.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. every fortnight from 15 November 2023.
