ORCID

In accordance with Resolution No. 444 of the Senate of the University of Warsaw of 26 June 2019 on the enactment of the Rules and Regulations of the Doctoral Schools at the University of Warsaw §13(2)(5), The doctoral student shall be obliged to have an ORCID identifier (Open Researcher and Contributor ID), you are obliged to create an ORCID and submit the abovementioned number to the Doctoral School’s secretary’s office using the attached template – Download ORCID declaration – docx document

Individual Research Plan (IPB)

In accordance with the Act of 20 July 2018– The Law on Higher Education and Science, Art. 202 (1) Doctoral students, in consultation with the doctoral student supervisor(s), shall draw up an individual research plan including in particular a schedule for the preparation of the doctoral dissertation and they shall submit it to the entity operating the doctoral school within 12 months of the date of the commencement of education. If an assistant supervisor is appointed, the plan shall be presented after the provision of opinion by that supervisor. – Download printable Individual Research Plan – docx document

Annual report of a doctoral student

In accordance with the School’s Regulations § 37, a doctoral student is obliged to submit an annual report together with opinions of the supervisors – Download a printable version of the Doctoral Student Annual Report – docx document

To the annual report, the doctoral student attaches an Internship Card, reporting on the teaching hours completed in the current academic year – Download printable Practice Card – docx document

Mid-term evaluation (OŚ)

The implementation of the Individual Research Plan (IPB) is subject to a Mid-Term Evaluation at the mid-point of the study period specified in the programme of study. Doctoral Students and their supervisors shall submit the following documents for OŚ:

At the Interdisciplinary Doctoral School, a student is guided by two supervisors (or a supervisor and an assistant supervisor). Below you can find application forms for the appointment or change of supervisors. Applications completed on a wrong form will not be accepted.
