Secretariat during the summer holiday period

Dear Doctoral Students,

During the summer holiday period (June-August), the secretariat is working in a mixed mode.

Certificates (of doctoral status for foreign students, achievement of study outcomes for PRK level 8 qualifications, transcript of records, etc.) will be issued up to 10 July and then from 01 September 2025! Please notify us of the need for certificates required for visa applications, residence cards etc. by 03 July via email.

Please contact us by email in advance of each visit!

From 01 June to 15 July , MA Bogusława Rokoszewska is involved in the recruitment of MSD candidates and will therefore only be available via email.

On 16 June Secretariat closed.

From 7-9 July Secretariat closed.

From 17-18 July Secretariat works in remote mode.

From 21 July to 08 August, MA Izabela Pawłowska is on holiday break.

From 04 August to 02 September, MA Bogusława Rokoszewska is on holiday break.

From 15 July to 31 August 2025, the MSD Director (Prof. dr hab. Paweł Stępień) is on holidays. During this period, no certificates of doctoral status for foreigners, no transcript of records, and no certificates of achievement of learning outcomes for qualifications at level 8 of the Polish Qualifications Framework will be issued.

During the summer holiday period, we encourage you to check the school’s website for office opening hours.

In July and August, the Secretariat is open for visitors from 11.00 a.m. to 2 p.m. We remind you to contact us in advance via email to confirm your visit.
