Secretariat during the summer holiday period

Dear Doctoral Students,

During the summer holidays (July–August 2026), the Secretariat will be operating on a hybrid basis.

Please contact us by email in advance of any visit!

From 1 June to 1 August 2026, Ms Bogusława Rokoszewska, will be involved in the recruitment of candidates for the MSD programme and will therefore only be available via email.

On 17 July 2026, the Secretariat will be operating remotely. Please contact us via email.

From 20 July to 7 August 2026, Izabela Pawłowska, will be on annual leave.

On 27–28 August, Izabela Pawłowska, will be on annual leave.

From 4 August to 1 September 2026, Ms Bogusława Rokoszewska, will be on annual leave.

From 13 July to 31 August 2026, the Director of the MSD (Prof. Paweł Stępień) will be on leave. During this period, no certificates of doctoral student status for foreign nationals, study progress reports, or certificates of learning outcomes for qualifications at Level 8 of the Polish Qualifications Framework will be issued.

During the summer holidays, we encourage you to check the school’s website for office opening hours.

In July and August, the Secretariat is open to visitors from 11.00 to 14.00. Please remember to contact us by email in advance to confirm your visit.
