Scans of signed applications should be submitted via the MSD email address – szkola.m@uw.edu.pl. Full details of the sender of the application (including album number) and details of the addressee must be provided.
Please do not submit applications via the USOSweb system as it is not suitable for doctoral schools.

In a situation when a doctoral student did not register for classes offered by a given doctoral school (SDNH, SDNS, SDNSP) during the designated registration period, one application should be sent to the MSD e-mail address (szkola.m@uw.edu.pl) addressed simultaneously to both directors: MSD Director prof. dr hab. Paweł Stępień and the Director* of the School offering the subject. The application must be signed by the student.
The application must be accompanied by a permission from the professor conducting the class to add you to the group.

In a situation when a doctoral student needs to withdraw from a course and the registration in the USOSweb system is already closed, one application addressed to two directors should be sent to the MSD email address (szkola.m@uw.edu.pl): MSD Director prof. dr. hab. Paweł Stępień and the Director* of the school offering the subject. The application must be signed by the student.
The application must be accompanied by a proof of notifyingthe professor conducting the course that you are withdrawing from the course.

Certificates
Due to the fact that some of you need certificates that have to be signed by the MSD Directors, we kindly ask you to send an e-mail to the secretary’s office with information on what documents you need to prepare and what is the deadline for submitting them. In the return e-mail you will receive information about the possibility of collecting the documents.
Please do not wait until the last minute to request a certificate in order to avoid unnecessary stress.
